The Third meeting of IQAC for the academic year 2024-25 was held on in IQAC room under the chairmanship of Hon. I/C Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas.
The following members present in the said meeting.
The meeting started with the welcome of Hon. I/C PrincipalMr. Yashodhan Gavas, Hon. Members of IQAC by coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade.
Business:-
1. Motion I: Confirmation of minutes of previous meeting
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade presented minutes & action taken report of previous meeting held on .
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed on the minutes &action taken report of previous meeting & confirmed with the permission of Chairman Hon. Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas.
Vote: All in favour.
Resolved: Motion carried.
2. Motion 2: Planning for Term-II
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr.Shailesh Gawade presented tentative planning of Term-II of academic year 2024-25.
Discussion: IQAC coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade presented tentative planning of Term-II of academic year 2024-25.
• Cultural programs
• Sports Day
• International Women’s Day
• Annual ‘Udaan’ festival
All the Hon. Members of IQAC discussed on said tentative program of Term-II & confirm it.
Vote: All in favour.
Resolved: Motion carried.
3. Motion 3:Organization of Udaan-2025 program
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade raised the issue of Udaan-2025.
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed the planning of the Udaan-2025 festival in the college. At that time Chairman Hon. Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas suggested proper planning for said workshop.
