Minutes of the Meeting-I
The first meeting of IQAC for the academic year 2024-25 was held on in IQAC room under the chairmanship of Hon. I/C Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas.
The following members present in the said meeting.
The meeting started with the welcome of Hon. I/C PrincipalMr. Yashodhan Gavas, Hon. Members of IQAC by coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade.
Business:-
1. Motion I: Academic Calendar 2024-25
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr Shailesh Gawade presented Academic calendar of Institution.
Discussion: All the Hon. members discussed on Academic calendar of the college in detail. In that discussion, it was decided to prepare the academic calendar of the college for the academic year 2024-25.
Vote: All in favour.
Resolved: Motion carried.
2. Motion 2: Annual tentative budget for academic year 2024-25
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade presented annual budget of Rs ……..……….for academic & other quality initiative activities.
Discussion: All the Hon.members discussed on the annual budget for academic & other quality initiative like projector, computers, books. In the discussion, all the Hon.members suggested regarding smoothly conduction of quality initiative activities IQAC coordinator accepted all suggestions.
Vote: All in favour.
Resolved: Motion carried.
3. Motion 3: Implementation of NEP-2020 for UG courses
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade presented NEP-2020 implementation criteria as per the guidelines of Government of Maharashtra & University of Mumbai.
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed on NEP-2020 implementation criteria as per guidelines of Government of Maharashtra & University of Mumbai. At that time Hon. I/C Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas suggested that kindly arrange workshop for the teachers & administrative staff on understanding & implementation of NEP-2020 for UG courses. Coordinator accepted all the suggestions.

4. Motion 4: Student representative in IQAC
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade raised issue of student’s representative in IQAC.
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed on this issue & majority Kumar Vishwam Kambli nominated as a student’s representative in IQAC.
Vote: All in favour.
Resolved: Motion carried.
Vote of Thanks:- As these were no other topic before meeting, the coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade thanked everyone & the meeting was closed with the permission of the Chairman.
