Minutes of the Meeting-IV
The Fourth meeting of IQAC for the academic year 2024-25 was held on in IQAC room under the chairmanship of Hon. I/C Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas.
The following members present in the said meeting.
The meeting started with the welcome of Hon. I/C PrincipalMr. Yashodhan Gavas, Hon. Members of IQAC by coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade.
Business:-
1. Motion I: Confirmation of minutes of previous meeting
Description: IQAC coordinator Mr. Shailesh Gawade presented minutes & action taken report of the previous meeting held on .
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed on the minutes & action taken report of the previous meeting & confirmed with the permission of Chairman Hon. Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas.
Vote: All in favour.
Resolved: Motion carried.
2. Motion 2: Implementation of NEP-2020 for the academic year 2025-26
Description: Hon. Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas raised the issue of NEP-2020 implementation for the academic year 2025-26.
Discussion: All the Hon. Members of IQAC discussed on the implementation of NEP-2020 for the academic year 2025-26. At the same time review was taken regard and planned for six verticals; such as major, minor, VEC, SEC, VAC, OE, IKS, CC.
Vote: All in favour.
Resolved: Motion carried.
3. Motion 3: Annual reports of academic year 2024-25
Description: Hon. Principal Mr. Yashodhan Gavas raised the issue of collection of annual reports of all committee.
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed on this issue and decided to collect reports from all committees. IQAC coordinator accepted all the suggestions.
4. Motion 4: Planning NAAC accreditation
Description: IQAC coordinator raised issue of NAAC accreditation,
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed on this issue & decided to take necessary action regarding the issue. Members suggested to create necessary committees & proper plan of action for it. IQAC coordinator accepted all the suggestions.
5. Motion 5:Any other
Admission process of academic year 2025-26.
Description: raised the issue of admission process of academic year 2025-26.
Discussion: All the Hon. Members discussed on this issue of admission process and it was decided to number of students through proper advertisement & making student’s aware about new admission process.
