Rules & Regulations for Students & Teachers

1. Attendance in College:

• Regular attendance in college is a sign of good student. The student must attain a minimum attendance of 75%.
• When a student absent from college for any reason, the parents should sign the leave note.
• If a student absent on medical grounds, the parents should sent the medical certificate to support the leave note.

2. Principal Permission: (for students, CR, GS, teachers, H. O. D.):

• To make collection for any purpose.
• To arrange party, picnic or meeting.
• To join in a sport or play a game not arrange by the college.
• To impose fine.
• The principal will take a strict action against those students who conduct misbehaves in the college premises.

3. College Fees : 2025-26:

• Students ought to know the payment of fees help the college administration and run the college in its day to day functioning. Hence, it is very important that students pay their fees time to time basis.
• All students should pay their fees as mentioned below.

• The exam report will be withheld if payment of fees is pending.
• Those students not paid their instalment should be penalised late fee Rs. 500/-.

4. Compulsory involvement of parents:

• Parents are also advised to attend all meetings organised for them by the college from time to time.
• If a parent has a compliant it should be addressed to the principal of the college.

5. Rules regarding Uniform & Fine:

• It is essential that every student comes to college in his/her full college uniform & I-Card.
• The Dress code / Uniform is compulsory from Monday to Saturday except Wednesday.
• Those students without wearing proper uniform and I-Card should penalise Rs.50/- or may be asked to return home.
• Mobile strictly prohibited at the time of lecture otherwise Rs. 50/- will be penalise.
• Those students who remain absent without informing concern class teacher or concern faculty or failing to bring absent note with parents signature will be charge a fine to Rs. 50/-.

6. College Schedule:

• College Time: 9.25 a.m. to 1.15 p.m.
• Recess Time: 10.30 a.m. to 11.05 a.m.
